Our Mission
BioSecure Protection delivers proven UVC air sanitization technology to the facilities that need it most—from agricultural operations protecting livestock health to healthcare environments safeguarding patients and staff. We combine decades of engineering expertise with equipment purpose-built for demanding real-world conditions.
Our approach is simple: Effective biosecurity shouldn’t require constant maintenance, chemical consumables, or complicated systems. UVC technology has been trusted for disinfection since the mid-20th century. We’ve refined it for the environments where reliability matters most. consumables, or complicated systems. Our Team

Paul Meder
Paul brings 40 years of technical and customer service experience gained across some of the world’s most demanding environments. As a product designer, he has developed water distillation systems, bottling systems, and water purification projects deployed in 78 countries.
His career includes extensive work with the United States Coast Guard, US Navy, US National Guard Reserve, and the Colombian Air Force and Army—experience that shaped his understanding of what “mission-critical” really means. Paul is also an owner in a water distillation and health products manufacturer in Lincoln, Nebraska, and holds several patents with additional patents pending.

Greg Greene
Greg has been at the forefront of UVC technology development for nearly three decades. He filed his first UVC patent in 1999 after beginning development of UVC products for air and water purification in the mid-1990s.
His innovations include the “Innowave” water purification system (patents licensed to Mutual of Omaha) and “Thin Film laminar flow” UVC water purification technology for drinking water coolers (licensed to Oasis Water Coolers). Greg holds more than 20 patents and patents pending, and currently works with a large multinational lighting products company manufacturing commercial lighting and UVC air sanitization equipment.
Why We Started BioSecure Protection
The agricultural industry faces constant biosecurity threats—from PRRS and PED in swine operations to avian influenza in poultry facilities. Traditional approaches rely on filtration and protocols that can’t address pathogens once they’re inside a building. We saw an opportunity to bring proven UVC technology, engineered specifically for harsh agricultural environments, to an industry that desperately needs better options.
Healthcare facilities face similar challenges. Hospital-acquired infections remain a persistent problem despite rigorous cleaning protocols, and nursing homes and schools need practical solutions that work continuously without disrupting daily operations. The same UVC technology that protects livestock can protect people—and we built our product line to serve both.
